Born and raised right here in Columbus, and currently residing in The Park District, Adrian Chester has powerful, firsthand knowledge of Columbus, and in particular, the Intown neighborhoods. This, combined with a strong understanding of today’s market, allows him to guide and inform clients to make sound and educated real estate decisions.

Adrian attended American Baptist College where he earned a degree in Religious Studies. True to the entrepreneurial spirit, he embraces change and enjoys combining the benefits of new-age tech with timeless customer service and communication.

Not the pushy salesman type, Adrian takes a listen-first approach with clients. He believes it’s imperative to understand what his clients truly want in order to help reach their objectives. Every transaction is unique, and he takes pride in analyzing the situation and considering the best ways to approach a solution. He is committed to understanding YOUR goals and helping you reach YOUR objective.

In his free time, Adrian likes to stay active with a steady rotation of walking neighborhoods and the local YMCA. He’s drawn to the inward journey these activities provide as a way to reconnect. Adrian loves to keep up with the latest restaurants, developments, and unique Columbus and regional experiences that make this the greatest city (ask him where he likes to eat!)

Adrian is a Board member with the SafeHouse Ministries, working to promote healing and hope to those who are recovering from homeless and incarceration. By having a positive impact on our community today, we’re helping to nurture the next great leaders, neighbors and citizens of tomorrow.
